Now was make or break. One attack and it was over...but after Shijo had removed his second accuracy die *Cinder shakes his fist at Shijo* the hit wouldn't be very reliable. But oh well, when has that ever stopped him before? It was time to fly into Shijo with his surfboard, bonking him out of the competition once and for all!

The member 'Miranda' has done the following action : Battle Phases

#1 'Physical Damage' : 1, 6, 1, 10

In one epic swoop, with a chorus of angels in the background, Cinder flew right into Shijo, dealing out just the right amount of damage (that was a close one phew). Shijo must have a very resistant head (or body, as they are sort of blended together...) to defend so much from an outright sufboard attack, though! Looks like the battle wasn't over yet...

Shijo HP: 18-(18-6)=6 D:

The end was nigh. 
Shijo failed to dodge Cinder's attack and went rolling into the lava once more... and healing wouldn't help him now! Somehow willing himself to stand, he gathered all the energy he had left into one last magma ball, then let it loose!

The member 'Mysha-is-batty' has done the following action : Battle Phases

#1 'Physical Damage' : 16, 2, 5, 15

And the attack hit! Was it possible? Could Shijo still win?! Unfortunately, a severe case of de-ja-vu reminded Mysha that it probably wouldn't happen... But they could hope!

Cinder HP: 10

Cinder had always wanted to know what a toasted marshmallow felt like, and now he had achieved his dream. Blowing the little fire out that had started on his head, he decided not to let the fact that he was burnt to a crisp distract him. Picking up the remaining piece of his surfboard, he levitated it towards Shijo...and took the hopefully finishing attack!

(Tense pause with dramatic music)

The member 'Miranda' has done the following action : Battle Phases

Cinder tapped Shijo on the head with the surfboard...and it looked like it had worked! (Well, he wasn't going to attack his friend fully, was he?) Cinder smiled and jumped up and down, and hopped over to Mysha with a sort of 'I'm going to create a natural disaster' look on his face.

Noooooooo! The inevitable had happened! Lightning had struck twice! Shijo was down and out!

Mysha waded through the lava with her magical magma-proof boots on, and scooped up Shijo into her arms. "Is that it?" She asked, carefully making her way back to Miranda. "Has the tournament actually finished? I've lost track of the battles- Cinder and Shijo were both awesome!"

Miranda waded through the lava with her magical magma proof feet (plot convenience woohoo) and held up a scorecard. "I will consult my all knowing scorecard..." (In other words, I'll go back through and count the battles XD)

(Well, I have good news and bad news. The bad news is, we've only done a grand total of 3 battles. The good news is, we have 2 more battles left to go!)

"Hmmm...It seems we have two more battles left. But judging by the fact I have no shoes, am wading in lava, have suffered natural disasters of epic proportions and Cinder is on fire, we could call it a day. But we could always come back with, I dunno, more pets and finish it..."

"Sounds like a plan!" Mysha grinned, looking down to Shijo. The puppup nodded enthusiastically. "We'll look forwards to it!"

"Um, if you don't mind, I think I might change my clothes, I think my shirt is starting to burn off...Sorry, audience!" She looked at the audience, only to find that the one guy still there had left.

(Yep, but SPOILER WARNING OMG that's what the sound of the bell is XD Shall we stick to the same thread or start a new one?
Also the name is actually Neo but I like Eon a lot better so, uh, It's name is Eon now)

Mysha grinned, and Shijo did whatever the canine equivalent of a laugh was. "Yeah, I should probably go and get changed, too..." Mysha smiled. "I've got this awesome new jacket and belt thing which should look awesome, but whoever gave it to me MUCKED UP THE DESIGN" *shakes fist at sky*

(Also, we should probably continue on this thread, to keep all the battles in one place )

"I know how you feel, for some reason they keep changing which side Cinder's scar is on, its getting really creepy..." Miranda shuddered. "Have you ever seen a scar change sides? I think I'm going to wear *INSERT OUTFIT HERE BECAUSE I HAVEN'T COME UP WITH ONE YET* I think you'll like to meet my new pets, there's a surprise addition to the team..."

"Really...? I can't wait! I have a feeling I'm going to meet some new pups soon, too... I don't know why, it's just one of those feeling, you know? Possibly because I've already battled with them in a parallel universe"

"Yeah, sometimes I feel like I don't even remember how I rescued my pets, and I have a feeling you were there, but how come I have some and you don't...it seems like it hasn't happened yet for some reason." Miranda shook her head to stop herself from pondering the meaning of life. Last time that happened, she tore a hole in the RP wall. "Well, do you think its time for a TWO HOURS LATER...flashcard while we get things ready?"
